About the Role We are seeking a
Business Development Director – QSR
to drive strategic growth with major QSR partners across North America. This is a
remote role
with regular travel to customer locations, deSter manufacturing facilities, and regional offices. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint, deepening customer relationships, and leading commercial initiatives.
What You’ll Do Business Development & Sales
Drive profitable growth with major QSR customers.
Manage and build a strong sales pipeline with clear action plans.
Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with key internal stakeholders.
Deliver regular forecast reports and weekly performance insights.
Achieve targets for revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to improvements in commercial processes and go‑to‑market strategy.
Account Management
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and customer account plans.
Ensure accurate execution of contract terms, including delivery and payment conditions.
Guide direct reports in managing accounts and customer interactions.
Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and insights.
Prospecting & Market Growth
Identify new opportunities and emerging customer needs.
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Work closely with product management, customer service, and operations to deploy customer‑specific solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide strategy.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
10+ years of sales experience with major QSR customers, ideally within packaging.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Customer‑centric mindset supported by strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Experience with Microsoft 365; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and collaborative working style.
