– Oversees and coordinates all services for consumers in the program. Candidates will have leadership experience and prior work with adults having severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day‑to‑day operations and overall service delivery of the Respite Program. Coordinate and oversee all case management‑related services for consumers. Develop and facilitate Individualized Action Plans (IAPs). Obtain appropriate inspections and maintain a system to monitor facility needs and issues. Administer and monitor consumer medications. Supervise staff members in providing interventions to consumers as outlined in their IAPs. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field. At least 4 years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Skills to establish supportive relationships with adults with mental illness who may be homeless, have significant legal issues, may be transitional age, elders, have problematic sexual behaviors, histories of violence, not be taking medication, and may be in crisis. Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm with on‑call responsibilities. Annual Salary:
