ABOUT MITHRL
We imagine a world where new medicines reach patients in months, not years, and where scientific breakthroughs happen at the speed of thought.
Mithrl is building the world’s first commercially available AI Co-Scientist. It is a discovery engine that transforms messy biological data into insights in minutes. Scientists ask questions in natural language, and Mithrl responds with real analysis, novel targets, hypotheses, and patent‑ready reports.
No coding. No waiting. No bioinformatics bottlenecks.
We are one of the fastest growing tech bio companies in the Bay Area with 12x year over year revenue growth. Our platform is used across three continents by leading biotechs and big pharmas. We power breakthroughs from early target discovery to mechanism‑of‑action. And we are just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Director of Scientific Partnerships to lead all external strategic relationships across pharma, biotech, and our broader technology ecosystem. This role requires a strong scientific background combined with experience in the tech industry, ideally within AI, cloud, or platform‑based tools used in discovery R&D.
You will manage and expand partnerships with large pharmaceutical companies, innovative biotechs, strategic collaborators, and platform partners such as NVIDIA and Frontier Labs. You will identify joint value creation opportunities, drive scientific and technical collaborations, shape co‑marketing and co‑development initiatives, and ensure that Mithrl plays a central role in the future of AI enabled R&D.
This role is highly cross functional. You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, deployment, and leadership to ensure our partnerships accelerate adoption, expand capabilities, and drive strategic advantage. If you enjoy bridging science, business, and technology at the highest levels, this is an opportunity to define the partnership strategy for one of the most ambitious companies in tech bio.

Manage alliances with technology partners like the frontier labs, cloud partners and other platform partners
Develop co‑marketing, co‑sales, and co‑product strategies with ecosystem partners
Represent Mithrl in partner technical programs, summits, and joint initiatives
Identify opportunities to strengthen Mithrl’s position within the broader AI and life sciences ecosystem

Strategic Partnership Operations
Build the long‑term partnerships operating model and playbooks
Define success metrics, workflows, and reporting for strategic partners
Align with product and engineering to guide roadmap discussions based on partner needs
Support cross functional collaboration across GTM, deployment, and product teams
