Senior Product Manager – Ruby on Rails Location:

Burbank, CA (preferred); also Seattle, Orlando, NYC, or Bristol. 4 days/week in-office. About the Role: We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for enterprise Ruby on Rails applications. You’ll modernize products, tackle technical debt, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams. Responsibilities: Define and execute product strategy and roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Prioritize initiatives and communicate with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices. Qualifications: 10+ years in product management with technical leadership experience. Strong Ruby on Rails knowledge and recent hands-on engineering experience. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern deployment (Docker). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. STEM BA required. Preferred: Experience with scalable, secure software and agile methodologies. Knowledge of modern frameworks (.NET, PHP) and SDLC.
