The award-winning AAA 5‑Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team!
Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town played an iconic role in the emergence of California’s surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid‑back vibe and fun, active lifestyle.
Classification: Full‑Time
Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Pay: $24.00/Hour

What will I be doing? As a Transient Sales Coordinator, you will provide the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word‑processing, typing, e‑mailing, filing, data‑entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience 1‑2 Years of previous luxury hospitality experience
