Job Summary As “Director, OEM Integrations,” you are responsible for identifying our OEM integrations strategy, overseeing day‑to‑day team operations, further strengthening relationships with our OEM partners in the US and Canada, communicating the team’s story and outcomes across the organization, and continuously seeking opportunities to provide maximum value to the business through our interface investments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluation and Enhancement of OEM Integration Strategies: Evaluate existing strategies, assess effectiveness, identify alternatives, explore new strategies to ensure innovation and operational efficiency.

Team Coaching and Process Adherence: Coach team members to ensure strict adherence to established processes, manage projects, and promote accountability and excellence in execution.

Process Improvement and Operational Scale: Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations in alignment with growth projections, remove roadblocks, and promote standardization.

Program Health Monitoring and Strategic Alignment: Present regular updates on program health and future opportunities to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision‑making.

Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to modify program priorities and approaches, provide critical leadership to ensure quality of project planning and execution, and proactively minimize risks.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

8+ years of experience leading a large portfolio of integrations projects.

5+ years leading direct reports at a Director level.

Extensive experience leading integrations projects through the full lifecycle.

Proven track record of building and managing strong teams.

Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets.

Experience in vendor management.

Preferred Skills

Master’s degree in a technical field or other relevant fields.

Salary and Compensation Base Salary Range: $125,400—$209,000 USD. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
