Position Summary The
General Manager of Efore USA
will be fully responsible for the company’s operations and business growth in the United States.
This includes sales, marketing, business development, product and technical support, after‑sales management, and team leadership, ensuring strong business performance and sustainable growth.
The role requires both strategic vision and strong execution capability, with the goal of achieving continuous business expansion in the U.S. telecom energy, site power, and energy storage markets, while strengthening customer relationships and enhancing service quality.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Growth
Develop and implement business growth strategies for the U.S. market, expanding the energy storage and power system business;
Identify, develop, and manage key customers, system integrators, and channel partners;
Explore new opportunities in telecom, industrial energy, and renewable storage applications;
Lead sales planning, target setting, market analysis, and achievement of performance goals.
Operations & Team Management
Establish and lead a local U.S. team (sales, technical support, and after‑sales service);
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accountability;
Collaborate closely with headquarters to drive product localization and supply chain initiatives;
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and provide regular performance updates to corporate leadership.
Customer Management & Service
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts (including major operators and OEMs);
Ensure timely and effective technical support, after‑sales service, and product feedback;
Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce the company’s brand reputation.
Serve as the key representative of Efore in the U.S. market, promoting the company’s brand and corporate values;
Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to headquarters;
Build a positive, performance‑driven company culture and expand local industry networks;
Lead the team to achieve commercial success and long‑term business goals.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Business Administration, or related field;
MBA or advanced management training preferred;
Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecom power, energy storage, or related power system industries;
Proven track record of managing a team independently in the United States;
Established network and customer base in telecommunications, power, or industrial energy sectors;
Experience in establishing or managing a subsidiary or branch operation preferred.
Strong business acumen and result‑oriented mindset;
Excellent cross‑cultural communication and leadership skills;
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution;
Knowledge of U.S. business, legal, and employment environments;
Technical background in energy storage, power conversion, or backup systems is an advantage.
