About the Data Center Team The Data Center team designs, installs and commissions data center infrastructure that supports AI‑driven technologies and ensures essential information is always available and secure.
About the Role As a Project Executive, you will manage the account and strategic operations for a portfolio of electrical construction projects. You will lead a high‑performing team of project managers, maintain client relationships, drive project planning, execution and financial performance, and embed CEI’s values of people, safety, integrity, innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead project development from prospecting to closeout, including pricing, planning and risk management.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, general contractors, and key stakeholders to secure a robust back‑log.
Oversee the development and approval of detailed estimates, budgeting and manpower scheduling.
Co‑ordinate the pre‑construction activities, manage field and office collaboration, and ensure timely job‑start meetings.
Provide weekly monitoring and reporting of project status, finances and risks to senior management.
Drive people development by hiring, onboarding, training and mentoring project staff; establish succession planning.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, participate in Safety Leadership Teams and report incidents.
Translate cost codes and schedules to accounting and labor systems accurately.
Ensure alignment with company policies, spatial budgets and performance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
Eight (8) or more years of project management experience on large, complex commercial projects and at least ten years of electrical construction experience.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and leadership in technical environments.
Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for sponsorship.
Must be able to travel extensively and relocate to the listed states.
