Join us as Senior Project Analyst – Enterprise Services Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Project Analyst – Enterprise Services.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying and executing on projects with a global impact, driving new controls and/or process improvements within Global Enterprise Services as well as departments outside of the division.

You will have project experience and the ability to think strategic when dealing with complex issues and turn ideas into actionable project plans to resolve. Require minimal supervision. Specific areas of focus include: A primary focus will be on Real Estate and Facilities projects, supporting the division executives manage lease events, construction and relocation projects, and capital improvement initiatives. oversight of invoice processing as it relates to the projects across all locations; Contributing to budget oversight/analysis, Managing the production and analytical functions of the monthly/ad hoc reporting which may include production reports, management and Firm-wide Reports.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Contribute to the Division and Firm’s process improvement initiatives

Gain efficiencies to improve individual productivity

Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues to minimize risk and exposure

Help to enhance the productivity of the unit

Assist management with high level projects

Determine how to present data in most appropriate and relevant format

Analyze/Review data results for exceptions to trends and researching and reconcile reporting where appropriate

Ensure reporting is timely, accurate and relevant

Produce a final professional product for internal and external review

Interact with other BBH departments on resolution of issues

Escalate and manage errors and timeliness issues to reduce exposure

Drive new controls/best practices and ensure adherence to existing invoice processing best practices

Produce department spend reporting for senior management

Report any discrepancies and breaks with best practices to the appropriate parties

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree required

4+ years of experience within Analytical / Project roles

People management experience is an asset

Fluency in English

Strong PC skills (Windows XP, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)

Experience developing presentation and report writing

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Aptitude for analytical and problem resolution

Excellent client services and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task

Demonstrated ability to execute project activities (tasks) with little direction, and plan effectively to meet project dates

Salary Range MA: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + target annual bonus

BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
