We are seeking a highly self‑motivated and hands‑on Revenue Accounting Senior Manager to join our growing revenue team and run our revenue technical accounting function. This position reports to the Assistant Controller. The successful candidate will drive accurate, timely and dynamic revenue accounting and reporting needs and be the subject matter expert for all revenue‑related areas and topics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Be responsible for global revenue recognition policy and technical revenue accounting positions
Oversee contract review process and analysis, advise on revenue reporting impact is recognized in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies
Proactively collaborate with Sales, Legal and Deal Desk to facilitate customer contract review process
Provide guidance to the cross‑functional partners on the application of revenue recognition on new products and services that are being explored and how this would affect financial results and operations. Provide ongoing revenue recognition compliant solutions and recommendations for new initiative and product introductions
Overseeing the monthly revenue close process, provide guidance for staff and identify opportunities for process automation
Partner closely with Billing Operations teams in timely processing of revenue transactions throughout the month and during month end close for revenue‑related areas
Manage the revenue reporting package including the analytics for revenue‑related areas to provide visibility into transaction relationships and drive revenue optimization initiatives and better business decisions
Partner closely with Billing Operations, Sales Operations, Technology Operations, FP&A, Legal and other cross functional partners to drive the initiatives to implement streamlined workflow and continuous improvements, with a focus on revenue recognition and reporting
Understanding of sales commission process including contributing to the compensation plan design and reviewing commission calculation, including the associated accounting
Build strong working relationships with auditors to support smooth financial audit
Continuously mentor and identify strengths and weaknesses of the team members
Workplace Expectations on‑site 3 days a week

COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $165k - $175k annually and is bonus eligible. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job‑related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
