Responsibilities
Provide high-quality inpatient care to hospitalized patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage patient progress.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
