Aesthetic Body Specialist
Location: San Francisco - Presidio Heights
Department: Medical
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Provide client consultations and perform body treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives (including but not limited to CoolSculpting, Venus, ReBalance).
Build our body treatment business; utilize existing client base while building new client base to meet/exceed goals.
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for body treatments.
Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company.
Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
Cross‑sell complementary services available in our facility.
Keep track of and update client charts; take before and after photos, add notes to charts.
Attend monthly trainings/meetings.
Assist in other clinic operations including greeting clients, selling services and light cleaning.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Occasional travel may be required to other locations for training.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
Aesthetician License or Medical Assistant Certification in state of practice preferred but not necessary.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers.
Ability to multi‑task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Proficient with email and Word.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Social Media experience a plus.
Existing clientele a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of: Standing, bending or stooping.
Use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls.
Reaching with hands and arms.
Repeating of same movements.
Talking and hearing.
Occasional periods of: Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing.
Pushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machinery.
