Purpose of the role
The Senior Director, Performance + Analytics will work with various internal digital marketing and PR practice groups to develop measurement strategy, monitor performance and develop data‑based insights. The role requires a strong understanding of data sources such as organic and paid social, paid media, web analytics and working directly with the data management team on client presentations.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
Develop measurement strategy and framework for clients. Create and present measurement plans to align KPIs with client goals. Lead data‑driven strategy and implementation, conducting advanced analysis. Monitor performance through analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Supermetrics and Google Sheets. Analyze performance across paid and organic social media, media listening tools and e‑commerce. Conduct A/B testing, historical analysis and proactively identify performance issues. Summarize results, provide key insights and make strategic recommendations using customized PowerPoint presentations and dashboards. Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams as a strategic partner of analytics. Work closely with Lead Data Engineer to streamline data collection, aggregation and best practices across the agency. Apply data to answer client questions, assist internal practice groups and create new organic business opportunities. About You
At least 8–10+ years of agency experience in a digital marketing analytics role. Deep knowledge of organic and paid social, paid media, PR and web analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Social Media, Paid Media and Google Data Studio. Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills. Accountable, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication to team and leads quickly and professionally. Benefits
