About The Team The In‑Store Revenue Operations team at DoorDash amplifies SevenRooms’ mission by driving revenue growth through efficient sales processes, systems, and analytics. We handle strategy, planning, metrics reporting & analytics, GTM enablement operations, program management, and systems while fostering strong relationships with revenue leadership. We collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy & Operations teams to align all revenue operations.

About The Role The Director of Revenue Operations will lead, optimize, and scale our GTM processes and systems to support revenue growth. Working directly with multiple teams, you will define strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence alignment across planning, reporting, forecasting, quota allocation, process optimization, territory planning, and the sales incentive plan design.

Build and lead a high‑performing Revenue Operations & Strategy organization, owning its vision and ensuring seamless integration between operational excellence and enablement initiatives.

Lead bottoms‑up business planning, target‑setting, and run a “rhythm of the business” framework; provide analytics and reporting for forecasting, pipeline analysis, and funnel metrics across all lead sources.

Own all systems and tools related to sales & Customer Success with Salesforce as the central hub; evaluate, improve, and implement enablement platforms and content management systems.

Ensure alignment between enablement strategies and revenue goals, driving consistency in messaging and performance across all GTM teams.

Partner with Finance and People teams to design and manage sales commission strategy, optimizing structures based on performance and market trends while fostering motivation and retention.

We’re Excited About You Because…

You have 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Strategy, and/or Sales Leadership roles in B2B SaaS environments.

You have a proven track record of leading change management, building aligned tooling, and developing methods to plan, forecast, measure, and systemize Sales KPIs.

You understand standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems, and have expertise in sales enablement best practices, training methodologies, and content management.

You have demonstrated experience designing sales commission plans at scale, including analysis, modeling, and optimization to drive revenue growth and align incentives with strategic objectives.

You thrive in ambiguous environments with high autonomy, build productive relationships across all organizational levels, and communicate effectively with executive‑level partners; you possess expertise with GTM tools including Salesforce and enablement platforms.

Compensation The base salary is localized to the employee’s work location. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and location.

Paid Time Off Details

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked; paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
