surgically trained, motivated Associate Podiatrist
to join our dynamic team of six board-certified providers.
This is a rare opportunity to build a long-term career in a well-established, high-volume practice with
clear partnership potential
— all while enjoying the coastal lifestyle of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.
What You'll Do
As an integral part of our team, you will provide comprehensive podiatric care across a wide range of clinical and surgical pathologies, including:
Full-scope Foot & Ankle Care:
Trauma, Sports Medicine, Wound Care, Routine Foot Care
Forefoot, Rearfoot, and Ankle Surgical Pathology
Hospital Work:
Inpatient rounding & consultations (1–2 daily)
Surgical privileges at two affiliated hospitals and a premier surgical center
Collaborative Practice Environment:
Work closely with other experienced podiatrists in a supportive, team-oriented setting
Shared call coverage: 1 week out of every 3
What We Offer
Base Salary:
$125,000
Incentive Bonus:
Competitive RVU-based compensation
CME Allowance:
$2,500 annually
Insurance Coverage:
Medical, dental, vision, and malpractice
Paid Time Off:
80 hours per year
Professional Dues Covered:
ACFAS, APMA/FPMA, hospital dues
Uniforms Provided

Surgically trained DPM
(residency-trained in rearfoot/ankle procedures)
Confident managing a wide variety of foot and ankle pathologies
Strong communicator and team player
