Responsibilities
Deliver top‑quality oral care to a diverse patient community.
Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Carry out a range of dental procedures, including routine exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and educate patients on treatment options.
Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to clinical protocols.
Implement infection control and safety measures and follow referral guidelines when necessary.
Qualifications / Requirements
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted dental license.
Proficiency in routine dental procedures, examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
Pay Information
Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities.
Earn a minimum of 32% of production based on experience and clinical capabilities.
Opportunity for performance‑based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program.
Office
Location: 930 North Congress Ave, Suite 200, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.
Schedule: Flexible/Temporary.
Multi‑provider practice with one general practitioner working with in‑house specialists.
Payor data: Primarily PPO with balanced mix.
Established, profitable practice with strong patient flow and turnkey support.
