Position: Full‑Time
This independent Doctor of Optometry position will work within a LensCrafters Subleasing optometrist practice as an associate optometrist. You will provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients in a fully furnished office with advanced digital eye‑exam technology.
Practice Benefits

Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas)
Flexible scheduling – including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule
Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment and access to Clarifye digital eye‑exam technology
Most offices offer use of the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and have full tech and pre‑testing support
Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
Compensation & Benefits Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered in addition to a first‑class total rewards package that can include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
