Responsibilities
Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures.
Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences, educate patients on treatment options.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient‑centered care, building positive relationships.
Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with staff, provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols.
Adherence to Protocols: Follow established clinical protocols, infection control, safety measures.
Compensation
High‑producing practice with part‑time earning potential of over $300,000+ per year.
Competitive daily rates versus % of production with performance based increases based on experience and clinical capabilities.

Requirements

Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
Office Details

Location: 21 Dwight Rd Ste 203, Longmeadow, MA 01106.
Schedule: Part‑time, 3 days/week.
