The VP General Manager is a key regional leader within Freeman, responsible for maximizing the success and profitability of the Southern California region and ensuring that each branch operates with consistency, financial discipline, and a strong customer‑centric focus. This executive sets strategy, leads diverse teams, drives operational excellence, and strengthens Freeman’s position both internally and within the broader community and industry.
This leader oversees the full business lifecycle across the region, operations, customer delivery, financial stewardship, labor relations, sales engagement, and team development, while ensuring alignment between branch General Managers and senior leadership. The VP GM also plays a critical role in implementing organizational policies, strengthening culture, and driving operational consistency across all Southern California branches.
