Base Pay Range
$19.71/hr - $32.39/hr
Location & Hybrid Work
Hybrid 1: Office 1–2 days per week with flexibility for virtual work. Primary locations: Latham, NY and Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
Maintain files and electronic records; communicate with associates, facilities, and other entities to resolve issues.
Communicate with hospitals regarding initial or re‑appointments and coordinate proctoring as needed.
Ensure all dues and fees are paid timely.
Track and process license renewals, including address changes, status changes, and name changes.
Research new application requirements, process documents, manage timelines, and generate status reports.
Maintain CAQH access and updates.
Manage collaborative agreements.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in credentialing, provider/practice management, or related field; or equivalent education/experience combination.
Preferred Skills
Associate’s degree and Credentialing certification.
