Corporate Paralegal
to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys and senior paralegals, focusing on all aspects of emerging company and venture fund work. Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain organizational documents, including drafting partnership and LLC agreements, side letters, transfer and admission agreements, and other amendments. Conduct investor suitability due diligence. Research Federal and State securities regulations in connection with fund formations. Assist with due diligence reviews, preparation of opinions and backup documents. Handle SEC compliance reporting for venture fund clients. Perform administrative duties such as timekeeping and other firm-related tasks. Opportunities
