Responsibilities
Perform surgical procedures to repair injuries and correct deformities in the extremities
Evaluate patients to determine the best course of treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care (e.g., Interventional Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Extremity and Spine Surgeons)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assist with surgical procedures as needed (guaranteed)
Support staff includes NP/PA, MA, and scribe teams
Work in an outpatient clinic with nearby ambulatory surgical centers
No call schedules
High volume of referrals per month
Travel as necessary between Channelview and Webster locations
Qualifications
Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in extremity surgery preferred
Valid Texas state medical license
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work schedule Monday – Friday
