has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced

Registered Nurse to join our Transitional Care Unit.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Harborview Medical Center - Transitional Care Unit (TCU) was created as a more efficient way in which to care for our medically stable patients awaiting placement. Our unit was designed to offload an acute care bed and assist our patient population in overcoming their discharge barriers. The staffing model in this unit reflects the needs of long‑term patients and utilizes different ratios than our standard acute care units.

36 hours per week

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize bedside experience and administer medications, conduct assessments, provide wound care, as well as other RN responsibilities.

Partner with the HMC Hospital Assistant (CNA) to provide safe and effective care.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum two years of recent inpatient/bedside nursing experience

Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington

BLS certification

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details Pay Range Minimum $91,152.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum $165,576.00 annual
