About The Role As a Physical Therapist with Downtown PT, you’ll provide individualized, evidence‑based care in a supportive, hands‑on environment that encourages learning and collaboration. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking for a place to grow long‑term, you’ll have the mentorship, tools, and autonomy to do your best work.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans

Deliver hands‑on care through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise

Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure seamless, high‑quality care

Manage a caseload with dedicated one‑on‑one treatment times that prioritize patient outcomes over volume

Continue learning through mentorship, CEUs, and professional development

About You

A caring, patient‑centered approach

A passion for movement, recovery, and helping people thrive

Curiosity, energy, and a commitment to growing as a clinician

A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills

A DPT or MPT from a CAPTE‑accredited program

An eligible or active Massachusetts PT license in good standing
