Fleet Director
We are seeking a
Fleet Director
to oversee the strategic and operational management of our largest assets—compression units and fleet vehicles. This role focuses on optimizing asset performance through effective processes, technology integration, and data accuracy. The goal is to achieve full visibility of all assets, maintain data integrity, and support analytics-driven decision-making. In the short term, success will mean having real-time, accurate insight into every unit and vehicle, including key operational and financial metrics. Essential Job Functions
Ensure accurate, real-time tracking of every compressor unit and truck, including location, key specifications, rental rates, customer, contract terms, and usage. Manage capital expenditure planning (growth and maintenance programs) and ROI analysis for fleet expansion and upgrades. Leverage ERP system to schedule, execute and track maintenance on assets including timing, costs and performance. Maintain a single, integrated database that connects PROD, GIS, and financial systems, ensuring that all fleet data is accurate and up to date. Manage the full asset lifecycle from contract, procurement, build, and delivery through billing, tracking, and decommissioning. Develop dashboards and KPIs for quick analysis, including asset counts, $/HP, basin allocation, customer distribution, and route efficiency. Implement a structured process to maintain data integrity as assets move and fleet composition changes. Qualifications
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in data and processes. Experience in capital management, including AFE budgeting, cost estimation, and reconciliation. Proficiency in asset management systems with full-cycle maintenance execution (identification, planning, execution, tracking, and continuous improvement). Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable performance improvements. Demonstrated project management skills, managing complex, multi-stakeholder processes from start to finish. Experience integrating and linking production, GIS, and financial data for operational efficiency. Strong analytical abilities with experience extracting and interpreting fleet data from ERP systems; familiarity with IFS preferred. Benefits
