Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development, based in OH, PA or TX with work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and managing client accounts. The role also includes generating leads, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships with clients to drive growth and revenue. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide sales efforts to achieve company objectives.

Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Proficiency in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation
Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Demonstrated ability to develop growth strategies and drive revenue
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
