We have an opportunity in the greater Chicagoland area for an experienced Senior Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5+ million) from inception to completion. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!
About You
KNOWLEDGEABLE : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
EXPERIENCED : Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
A LEADER : Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
A COMMUNICATOR : Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
ADAPTABLE : Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
FLEXIBLE : Available as needed; able to travel to client sites
What You’ll Do
PLAN & PREPARE : Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
PRIORITIZE : Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
LEAD : Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
PERFORM : Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
SERVICE : Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
