Role Description We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Millbrae, CA location for a full‑time, on‑site position. This role involves leading daily operations, managing branch staff, driving business growth, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. The Branch Manager will also oversee sales activities, implement operational strategies, and support team development to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in managing teams, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
Strong financial and business acumen with expertise in business lending, cash management services, and banking operations.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build client relationships and support the community‑oriented focus of the bank.
Proficiency in banking software systems, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch growth targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
Experience in sales and relationship‑building within the financial services or banking industry is highly beneficial.
