About Us One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. It’s not your average doctor’s office, as we’re on a mission to transform healthcare and improve the experience for everyone involved – patients, providers, employers, and health networks. Our services include seamless in‑office and 24/7 virtual care, on‑site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns.

In February 2023, One Medical joined Amazon, expanding our reach and resources. We also partner with Cleveland Clinic to deliver coordinated primary care across the Cleveland metropolitan area, aiming for greater clinical integration and value for the communities we serve.
