HEAD OF PAID SOCIAL

Our client is an established and innovative organization within the marketing and digital advertising sector. They are expanding their media department and seeking a part‑time Director of Paid Social to lead platform strategy, elevate client performance, and drive measurable results across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging social ecosystems. This role is ideal for a seasoned paid social leader with strong analytical expertise and a passion for sophisticated testing and optimization.
In this part‑time leadership role, you will own the strategic direction of paid social across multiple client accounts, guiding testing frameworks, platform deployment, channel mix, and performance optimization. You’ll partner with analytics and creative teams to define best practices, interpret data, and deliver recommendations rooted in measurable impact.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Extensive leadership experience in paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms
Ability to build and lead complex social testing frameworks, including incrementality and lift studies
Deep understanding of targeting strategies, creative formats, bidding systems, and audience expansion
Strong analytics capability with experience evaluating performance trends and building actionable insights
Confident communicator with proven client leadership experience
Ability to mentor specialists and elevate social execution standards
Familiarity with social measurement tools, attribution models, and cross‑channel data integrations
