Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain planning organization by reviewing current methodology and processes
Document Current and To-Be Supply Chain Processes
Participate or Lead Supply Chain continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams
Participate and support monthly SIOP activities
Plan, analyze and initiate activities for supply alignment to forecast and actualized demand signals
Execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure and maximize revenue
Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross functional groups as needed and work toward resolution
Ensure new product availability in accordance with new product introduction plan by attending NPI core‑team meetings and integrating NPI requirements including Initial Stocking Quantities, accessories and spare parts into production plans
Work with cross functional stakeholders to coordinate, plan and execute NPI processes

REQUIRED:
5+ years of Supply Chain Planning, Business Analyst experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Supply Chain / Operations Management / Industrial Engineering etc.)
Experience using ERP systems and MRP/DRP tools, analytics and reporting tools like PowerBI
Proven project management and meeting facilitation skills
Experience collaborating and influencing cross functional stakeholders to identify and synchronize on action plans
Ability to understand & manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools to distill and report product segment overviews, trends, and summaries.
Professional integrity in all internal and external engagements
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to speak and read Mandarin and English
NICE TO HAVE:
High volume High Tech / Consumer Electronics experience
Oracle EBS/Cloud/SCM experience
APICS/ASCM or other supply chain accreditations
For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job‑related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $100,000—$135,000 USD
