Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement
Capstone Realty Professionals
is growing fast — the kind of fast that requires a steady hand, a sharp mind, and someone who actually enjoys fixing things before they break. We’re looking for a Director of Continuous Improvement who lives for execution, thrives in organized chaos, and gets a borderline amount of joy from building systems that make life easier for everyone around them. If you’re allergic to inefficiency, you speak fluent SOP, and scaling by 300 % in three years sounds like a fun Tuesday, we should talk. This is a long‑term role in a real‑estate company with a 15‑year track record of outperforming the market. We’re not chasing hype — we’re building something real, sustainable, and built to last. Your work will matter here.
What You’ll Own
Strategic + Operational Leadership
Build and implement the policies, processes, and systems that drive scale — clean, simple, repeatable.
Integrate all major functions of the business so the machine runs smoothly and the team knows exactly what “good” looks like.
Align daily operations with the company’s strategic initiatives and annual operating plan.
Team + Culture
Lead internal and external staff with clarity, compassion, and extremely high standards.
Oversee hiring, firing, coaching, performance conversations, and accountability.
Protect and reinforce Capstone’s culture: Be Humble, Stay Curious, Show Up, Make The Call, Level Up.
Execution + Continuous Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks and burn them to the ground — permanently.
Build reporting, dashboards, and KPI structures that drive clarity and action.
Manage critical incidents, fix the root cause, and make sure it never happens again.
Keep an eye on cost control, efficiency, and best‑practice industry trends.
Business Impact
Support the development and execution of expansion plans that directly increase the bottom line.
Ensure client and resident experience stays exceptional as we grow.
Drive operational maturity by building a scalable foundation, not duct‑tape fixes.
What You Bring
5+ years of management experience with real responsibility — people, performance, and outcomes.
Experience in an operations or CI role where you built and improved systems.
P&L experience and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, operationally complex environment.
A practical, data‑driven thought process (you don’t guess; you measure).
Natural attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
Real estate experience required (property management = big plus).
Bonus points if you’ve used Follow Up Boss, AppFolio, Asana, Zapier, or similar tools.
What We Offer
Competitive salary with uncapped profit‑sharing potential
Health benefits
Matching 401(k)
A strong, healthy, drama‑free company culture
The chance to get in on the ground floor of a mature business that’s about to scale hard
A leadership team that values transparency, curiosity, initiative, and execution
If you’re ready to help a proven team level up and build something worth talking about — without needing to talk about yourself — then you just might be our next Director of Continuous Improvement.
Location: Phoenix, AZ Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year
