Enterprise Architect
We are looking for a strategic and forward‑thinking
Enterprise Architect
to align business goals with technology delivery and guide the evolution of our enterprise architecture. This role influences strategy, drives innovation, and ensures our technology landscape is scalable, secure, and future‑ready. You’ll work across business, application, data, infrastructure, and security domains to shape major initiatives and support organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the enterprise architecture roadmap in partnership with business leaders.
Translate business strategies into clear, actionable technology plans.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and guardrails.
Lead architecture review processes to ensure alignment and reduce risk.
Provide architectural impact assessments for major initiatives.
Identify and evaluate innovative and disruptive technologies.
Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and modernization initiatives (cloud, data, digital platforms, etc.)
Apply design thinking and scenario planning to support organizational change.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders to foster alignment.
Communicate architectural vision, value, and recommendations clearly.
Mentor architects and product teams; champion best practices and continuous improvement.
Lead the Technology Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE).
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related disciplines.
Proven ability to drive technology strategy and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
Strong knowledge of EA frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
Experience with agile and lean methodologies at scale.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
