About the Team The Applied Machine Learning Enterprise AI Foundation US team drives design, development, and operation of MaaS solutions worldwide. We are a product team building full‑stack end‑to‑end solutions covering text and multimodal LLM algorithms, prompting engineering, LLM model alignment, intelligent agents, and more, for a wide range of application domains. We build products that facilitate development of LLM applications and landing into production. We actively seek talented Software and Algorithm Engineers specializing in prompt engineering, RAG, multi‑agents, post‑train, RL, robotics to join us.
Responsibilities
Lead creation of next‑generation, high‑capacity LLM platforms and innovative products.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan and implement projects harnessing LLMs for diverse purposes and vertical domains.
Maintain a deep passion for contributing to the success of large models in an innovative and fast‑paced environment.
Conduct cutting‑edge research and development of advanced techniques for LLM solutions including fine‑tuning, evaluation, inference, alignment, prompt engineering, and intelligent agents to enable efficient high‑scale operation.
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D./Master in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong understanding of cutting‑edge LLM research (e.g., long context, multimodality, alignment, agent ecosystem) and practical expertise in implementing these systems.
Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Deepspeed, Megatron, or vLLM.
Deep knowledge of distributed computing frameworks, performance tuning, and verification for training/finetuning/inference. Familiarity with PEFT, RL, MoE, CoT, LangChain is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a creative mindset to tackle complex AI challenges.
Demonstrated ability to drive research projects from idea to implementation, producing tangible outcomes.
Published research papers or contributions to the LLM community.
Experience with inference tuning and acceleration, GPU/AI accelerator knowledge, and large‑scale AI network experience.
Experience with scheduling/orchestration of large‑scale ML systems, familiar with Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with AI system evaluation, LLM application, and agent development.

Job Information – Pay Transparency The base salary range for this position is $177,688–$341,734 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location, and may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 paid personal days (prorated). The company reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.
