Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director and Field Lead, Autoantibody Clinical Educator (ACE) to be located in Horsham, PA. In this exciting role, the Product Director and Field Lead, Autoantibody Clinical Educator (ACE) will be responsible for developing the materials and leading a team of Clinical Educators who provide clinical education for Imaavy focused on PI-based and disease state education to non-physician patient care teams (PCT), including nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and other advanced practice providers (APPs), such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician’s Assistants to drive positive PCT and patient experiences. The ACEs support a patient experience that focuses on the whole patient, addressing educational needs related to both clinical and behavioral aspects of treatment and disease management. The ACEs support local healthcare market teams in a defined geographic area, capture clear customer insights and develop strategic educational plans. They also play a key role in the education of patients, delivering patient speaker programs, often through a request from advocacy groups. Your job is to lead the team in these efforts, advocate for and create the materials they use in the field. Key Job Responsibilities

Coach the ACEs on building external relationships with key customers in the patient care team (PCTS) and develop and manage a geographical territory Provide feedback on nurse and patient education programs, round table discussions, and formal presentations Train ACEs on how to educate PCTs on the clinical profile of products, including but not limited to clinical benefits and administration requirements Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan that meets customer educational needs and clinical challenges, through analysis of account dynamics and clinical insights Master all aspects of the clinical and administrative profile of Imaavy Ensure that PCT clinical insights from customer engagements that take place within accounts or at national, regional, and local meetings are shared appropriately and compliantly Participate as needed to support LHM to help support account needs as it relates to PCTs Maintain a thorough understanding and competence in the following areas: vision and rules of engagement; operating company labeled scientific data; market dynamics and competitive landscape; regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines; corporate policies on appropriate business conduct and ethical behavior; relevant SOPs and guidelines Professional Responsibilities

Stay current in clinical developments related to specific disease states Develop and maintain advanced presentation skills to facilitate effective communication of clinical information Document all interactions, clinical insights and customer profile information daily as directed Attend clinically relevant meetings for personal/professional development Maintain the highest level of professional standards in all interactions with customers and other business contacts Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree (Nurse Practitioner/MSN/PA) required. 8+ years of work experience required. 2+ years of marketing experience required. People leadership experience is strongly preferred. Experience with neurology products and/or rare disease preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Knowledge and/or experience with direct to patient education initiatives preferred. Previous industry experience preferred. Previous experience in introducing new specialty pharmaceutical/biologics products or indications a plus. Ability to navigate and discuss complex clinical data. Excellent collaboration and time management skills. Above average computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Expected to work a 40-hour work week, with flexibility on occasion to work additional hours when needed. Requires travel of approximately 50% (includes overnight travel); other travel for business meetings as required; travel by air, including overnight and weekends as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license issued in the United States. Must be fluent in English and have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Equal Opportunity Employer
