Day in the Life of a Cosmetic Injector
Evaluate client needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans, recommend skin‑care products during consultations to meet clients’ goals.
Perform neurotoxin and filler injections in accordance with compliance standards and practice delegation orders, following state law.
Train peers and new hires on services, guidelines, and company expectations.
Self‑promote and engage on company‑owned social media platforms with assistance from the Marketing department.
Maintain accurate documentation and charting of each client’s medical records for all treatments administered.
Assist with inventory management by communicating needs and counts to management.
Unpack and store orders in a timely manner.
Maintain an elite, clean, and organized work/treatment area.
Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skill sets.
Participate and provide input at all team meetings organized by the direct supervisor.
Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Maintain a professional, neat appearance that adheres to the company’s dress code.
Maintain a high level of integrity and strong ethical foundation to meet client and company needs.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Needed
Registered Nurse license issued by the state is required.
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
Availability for weekends and a flexible schedule.
Ability to self‑promote and engage on company social media while meeting guidelines.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation.
Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills; highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
Hourly plus commission
