This role is structured as a Contract-to-Hire position with a 60-day trial period. Sully.ai maintains an exceptionally high performance bar, and this structure ensures mutual alignment before transitioning to full-time.
What You’ll Do
Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams.
Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross‑functional execution.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high‑quality releases.
Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication.
Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.
What You Must Bring
7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early‑stage startups.
Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash.
Proven ability to influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
First‑Month Focus
Audit current project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams.
Define sprint cadence and reporting structure for all active projects.
Stand up initial CI/CD improvements to shorten release cycles.
90 Days OKRs
Establish a repeatable delivery framework adopted across all technical projects.
Reduce deployment cycle time by 30% through CI/CD optimization.
Launch a cross‑functional reporting process ensuring 100% stakeholder alignment.
