Job Description We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all operations at our store. Responsibilities include:
Managing cost controls, inventory, cash, profitability, and customer relationships.
Setting an exemplary standard for store and team.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and a clean, welcoming environment.
Staffing, paperwork, food management, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation responsibilities.
Maintaining local store marketing and collaboration with other store management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including oversight of staff, inventory, and profit.
Enforce company policies and procedures, expecting the same from crew.
Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and maintain store cleanliness.
Provide excellent customer service and manage local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Prior supervisory or management experience within the restaurant/food service industry.
