IT Project Manager BioSpace invites applications for an IT Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for definition, documentation, and successful completion of large‑scale, complex IT projects.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies, selecting from plan‑driven or agile approaches.

Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes, monitoring resources, revenue, and capital costs against the budget.

Maintain high‑quality deliverables with clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefits.

Lead and manage projects involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.

Manage scope, risk, and commitments within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.

Develop communication plans and represent the project in briefings to sponsors and stakeholders.

Define and track project milestones, creating integrated project schedules and delivery plans.

Produce the project charter, integrated plan, resource plan, risk plan, and related artifacts; publish periodic status reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of outcomes delivery across high‑value IT projects, with at least 5 years in hands‑on project management.

Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.

Experience in stakeholder collaboration, risk analysis, and project evaluation.

Strong analytical, planning, and execution abilities to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Awareness of project management industry developments and continuous improvement mindset.

Desired Preferences

PMP Certification.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

High business acumen and ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.

Comfort with ambiguity and continuous improvement focus.

Compensation Base Salary Range: USD $87,200 – $113,450 annually. Target Annual Bonus: varies based on role level.
