Specialty Consultants Inc. , the leading real estate search firm, is helping our client hire a Vice President, Acquisitions based in the Chicago area. This organization has significant discretionary capital and a track record of closing a high volume of deals over the last few years.
The Vice President will play a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities across industrial, flex, office, and retail property types in select high‑growth markets nationally. This individual will report to the Founders and work closely with other members of the executive & corporate teams to identify and analyze strategic real estate deals.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of commercial/industrial acquisitions experience. Strong financial and analytical skills, coupled with an ability to build relationships and develop new business, are key.
