Overview The Sr. Director, Head of Performance Marketing eCommerce (Demand Gen) will develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and owned e-commerce revenue growth. This role involves managing audience strategy, overseeing digital marketing platforms, and ensuring optimal performance across channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and has a proven track record in managing media spend across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Develop and implement a holistic performance marketing/demand generation strategy to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Manage customer audience strategy, ensuring targeted and effective outreach across multiple channels. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels and platforms (e.g., Attentive, CJ Affiliate, DV360, SA360, PMAX, Campaign Manager, Linear, CTV/OTT, Facebook, Twitter, Criteo, and other social media). Drive performance marketing initiatives, optimizing media spend to maximize ROI. Leverage Programmatic Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) to deliver personalized, impactful ads. Utilize Product Listing Ads (PLAs) to enhance product visibility and drive conversions. Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on performance marketing, demand generation and branded marketing overseeing digital marketing platforms. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role using data-driven marketing strategy to generate demand for consumer products. Successful experience with PLA/PMAX management, paid search, paid social, programmatic, and driving direct company-owned D2C e-commerce revenue. Proven ability to drive growth with innovative demand generation and cross-functional collaboration between sales and marketing. Strong marketing communications skills with a creative approach to brand recognition, market penetration, and community engagement. Proven track record in developing and delivering campaigns across varied budgets and channels. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to engage with senior leaders and cross-functional peers. Engaging and resilient leader capable of empowering teams and building capability. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
