What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
Maintain accurate information to avoid errors and omissions claims
Supervise daily activities of Coordinators and Account Managers
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must have Personal Lines and High Net Worth/Private Client Group client coverage experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines industry and product line, ideally at a retail brokerage or independent agency
Experience with agency management systems/CRM is required
High School Diploma or GED required, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree
P&C Insurance License required upon hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, and PURE
Familiarity with agency management systems, particularly Epic
Supervisory or leadership experience in the insurance industry
CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designations preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
