Senior Accountant
with an A+ background who’s ready to lead and influence financial operations.
Base pay range $90,000.00 / yr – $110,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities of Accounting Manager
Oversee and manage monthly general ledger close for all reporting entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and evaluate general ledger activity for proper U.S. GAAP treatment of complex transactions.
Collaborate with Payroll, Billing, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition and margin reporting.
Prepare and review monthly P&Ls, division‑level reporting, and quarterly financial statements.
Drive process improvements to shorten close timelines and enhance internal controls.
What We’re Looking For in a Accounting Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a well‑known U.S. school (CPA strongly preferred).
3–6 years of experience in accounting; public accounting audit experience or public/private blend highly desirable.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Stable work history with clear progression; no frequent job changes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to leadership.
