We are seeking a Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities (CREF) to lead complex real estate projects on a global scale. This Project Manager will manage project planning, procurement, design, permitting, and construction of a variety of real‑estate projects within Hasbro’s global portfolio, primarily office environments and select warehouse or logistics facilities.
Day In The Life
Develop conceptual budgets and schedules for potential projects with minimal information.
Prepare project plans and coordinate cross‑functional teams through meetings and progress measurements.
Prepare requests for proposals, analyze bids, and make award recommendations.
Negotiate and prepare construction and consultant contracts in collaboration with Legal teams.
Review architectural, MEP, and structural drawings to ensure design compliance.
Drive planning, design, estimating, and internal approvals, collaborating with IT, Security, Finance, and Human Resources.
Create and manage detailed project budgets, tracking reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and analysis.
Lead regularly scheduled project meetings, document tasks, and report status to team and client.
Assist due‑diligence during property acquisition/lease activities, trade input on leases, and manage brokerage partners.
Lead workplace strategy and change‑management for office moves, renovations, and new occupancy.
Work with internal partners to create purchase orders and reconcile budgets.
Administer punch‑list and project close‑out activities, including maintenance manuals and as‑built drawings.
Maintain durable relationships with internal and external partners.
Provide information for operations reviews, audits, tax investigations, and asset transfers.
Provide feedback to portfolio administration and corporate finance on CAPEX spend and forecasts.
What You’ll Bring
BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture/Design, Engineering, Business Operations Management, or Facilities Management preferred.
5+ years prior project‑management experience in corporate real‑estate; deep knowledge of contracts, leases, change orders.
Ability to read and understand financial statements, cash flows, and budgets.
Strong technical fluency with commercial construction systems, methods, and materials.
Experience preparing budgets, summarizing transactions, reconciling costs, and ensuring timely project close‑outs.
Leadership of project teams, both internal and external, with demonstrated cross‑boundary collaboration.
Exceptional organizational and follow‑up skills; capacity to multitask and close issues quickly.
Superior interpersonal, communication, team‑building, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, agility, and sensitivity to organizational change.
Passion for collaboration and teamwork; ability to pull diverse teams together.
Works productively in ambiguity and manages resources remotely with strong leadership.
Attention to detail, balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
High integrity, ability to work independently, and produce quality work on time.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office, Project, and PowerPoint; CAD preferred but not required.
Experience leading international projects.
Ability to travel, including international travel on short notice (25–35%).
