Account Executive – DMV
HydroPeptide
is looking for an experienced Account Executive to strengthen sales revenue within the DMV territory. The role focuses on cultivating, nurturing, and fostering relationships with spa and medical accounts, consistently exceeding business objectives and sales targets.
Key Details Location: Remote (preferably in the greater DMV area)
Job Type: Full‑time
Hours/Contract: Full Time, with occasional evenings & weekends.
Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk up to 8 hours, and assist with booth set‑up/break‑down.
Travel requirements: Up to 75% travel in the assigned territory (local or regional). Most travel will be 4 days per week. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and live within one hour of a major U.S. airport.
Your Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales & new business goals.
Represent HydroPeptide with the highest level of professionalism.
Develop and execute meaningful, profitable business plans with existing accounts to grow account business to its full potential.
Identify, manage, and execute prospecting opportunities that lead to profitable growth.
Ensure all account notes are accurate and properly entered in Salesforce.
Stay current with HydroPeptide product education.
Proactively identify changes in industry, sales delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
Train new and existing accounts on HydroPeptide products and protocols.
Develop and execute special events in accounts to drive incremental sales and brand loyalty.
Attend sales meetings, seminars, conferences, and tradeshows as appropriate.
Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves.
Requirements
B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in business‑to‑business sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Med Spa or Medical Practice Experience: Understanding of aesthetic treatments and effective communication with medical professionals.
Territory Management: Proven experience managing a multi‑state territory with strategic thinking and relationship cultivation.
Sales Target Orientation: Strong commitment to consistently surpass HydroPeptide’s business objectives and sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Ability to function as an indispensable team member, collaborating effectively and contributing to overall success.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embodying Luxury Experiences.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite.
What Could Set You Apart
Esthetician license.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Acumatica, and/or Power BI.
Well‑versed in creating and managing a social media profile with organic content and corporate updates.
