We are looking for a
high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Representative
based in
San Francisco
to help lead our growth across the Bay Area and the broader West Coast.
What You’ll Do
Drive new
national ,
regional , and
local
advertising revenue across our San Francisco billboard portfolio.
Represent Harkey Media to
national holding-company agencies , regional independents, and local brands.
Proactively pitch inventory to agencies and direct clients with a strong focus on national buyers.
Build long-term relationships that position Harkey Media as a go-to independent OOH partner.
Develop proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and work closely with internal operations to ensure flawless execution.
Attend industry events, agency visits, and market tours to keep Harkey top-of-mind with buyers.
A motivated OOH seller with existing national or regional agency contacts (Bay Area preferred).
Confident presenting to senior-level buyers and brand marketers.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Obsessed with hitting targets and growing market share.
Excellent communicator with a strong understanding of modern OOH, programmatic, and integrated campaigns.
2–5+ years in OOH, media sales, or advertising agency experience preferred.
Proven ability to drive revenue and manage relationships across multiple levels.
