Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Reporting to : Strategic Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager
Classification: Full Time / Sales
Status: Exempt

SolePurpose
The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for leading Pine’s revenue growth and profit in their territory. This role builds and applies sales plans for growing the customer network in the territory, working with branch and account leadership, and leading training to spread the Pine value proposition. Focus on selling rental agreements, products, and services in air, water, soil, sound and non‑destructive testing/remote visual inspection offerings.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate sales/rental of equipment and accessories consistent with the budget for the territory.
Travel to existing and potential customers in territory for equipment rentals and sales through training, lunch/learns, and product demos.
Conduct sales administrative tasks to support sales activities and document changing customer profiles.
Maintain contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes using CRM tools to ensure that results are logged and forecast info is accurate.
Provide management with accurate pipeline forecasts of potential sales/rentals on an ongoing basis.
Maintain dialogue with existing customers to give technical support, product information and updated pricing.
Other assigned tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, Core Competencies
Meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for assigned territory.
Build, implement and monitor market initiatives.
Develop and maintain sales plans to penetrate new and existing customers.
Support development of Pine’s national accounts in the territory.
Find new local and regional customer relationships to capture incremental revenue.
Expand Pine’s business with further company products and services.
Develop and manage a pipeline of quarterly and monthly revenue growth opportunities.
Schedule weekly daily meetings with customers and track progress weekly.
Provide timely, accurate and complete service to customers in territory.
Coordinate with Marketing to build and run promotional plans for territory.
Attend local and regional industry conferences and trade shows.
Participate and contribute to company meetings, conference calls and other activities.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in environmental consulting, engineering, construction, industrial safety or similar industries is preferred.
This is a safety-sensitive position. The employee works from an office environment, bending, walking, standing and may sit for extended periods.
