Deals Delivering Deal Value Human Capital Integration Senior Associate

Overview A career within Delivering Deal Value will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and other complex challenges. We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre‑deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large‑scale enterprise‑wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional and cross‑functional areas.
Responsibilities
Engage in deal integration with a focus on human capital
Conduct HR functional assessments during due diligence
Contribute to change management and organization design efforts
Support onboarding, training, and workforce transition initiatives
Develop communication strategies and foster cultural alignment
Analyze complex problems and provide actionable insights
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
Build and maintain enduring client relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management preferred
Demonstrating business acumen and analytical skills
Excelling in relationship management and collaboration
Supporting HR functional assessments during diligence
Communicating effectively in various formats
