Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors and personnel by providing information or guidance as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities during incidents and/or emergencies. Minimum Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
