Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dean of Academic Affairs to lead our academic division and support our mission of providing high-quality education and student-centered learning.

Position Summary The Dean of Academic Affairs provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination of all academic programs, academic operations, accreditation activities, and faculty development. This role ensures academic quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership for academic departments, faculty, and instructional staff.

Oversee curriculum development, program review, course scheduling, and academic assessment.

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body requirements.

Qualifications

Must be Bilingual English / Spanish.

Bachelors Degree Required.

Salary $90k.
